Portland Art Museum Marketing Office Internship Announcement Since 1892 the mission of the Portland Art Museum is to serve the public by providing access to art of enduring quality, by educating a diverse audience about art and by collecting and preserving a wide range of art for the enrichment of present and future generations. The Portland Art Museum announces Internship opportunities in our Marketing Department. The Marketing Department works closely with the all areas of the Museum and this is an excellent opportunity for a student truly interested in learning the processes of social media within a Non-Profit environment. Internships Available: • New & Social Media Intern • Advertising & Promotion Intern • Speakers Bureau/Group Tours Intern • Public Relations Intern These positions will assist the Marketing Department and help support the Museum’s mission by completing various projects. These internships are full-time or part-time, with a minimum 15 hours per week and a 3 month commitment required. Applicants may be undergraduate or graduate students currently enrolled in a program with emphasis in marketing or equivalent area of study.
